When I was live painting this one, a lady came up to me & started singing “The hills are alive with the sound of music!” From the soundtrack of ‘The Sound of Music’ & then I said to her, “You just gave me the name for this painting!” I love it when a painting will spark a happy memory for someone. This is a great way to connect to the art. The story behind it.
