This one is about noticing things outside of myself. Noticing the light that someone else is giving or the darkness they may be feeling. Noticing the sky when it lights up for that golden hour. Noticing when my son wants to be in the same room as me. Noticing when my cat needs a snuggle. Noticing when someone could use a smile, even when that someone may be me.
